I wrote this book for one reason, to support people in their desire to heal! After 21 years of helping people reclaim their health, I learned that no matter what health issue a person is dealing with, it is impossible to heal, truly heal, without a solid foundation of good nutrition. 

Unfortunately, I also saw that most of what is readily available to eat in this country no longer provides the nutrition our bodies need. This “food stuff,” as I call it, is loaded with chemicals and lacks nutrients. This combination not only hinders healing, but is harmful for us and has played a role in our declining health. The saddest part of all is that most people are unaware of this. Even people who are trying to eat a healthy diet often fail because they do not know how encompassing this problem is.
